Products are offered exclusively for industrial and commercial use, not for resale to the end consumer without express authorization.
Access to the wholesale portal and download of technical catalogs are subject to the creation of a verified customer account. Tohoboncuk reserves the right to reject registration requests without justification.
Tohoboncuk guarantees that the products described in the technical catalogs meet the size, color, and durability specifications indicated in the technical data sheets for each batch. However, the buyer is responsible for verifying the suitability of the material for their specific production process.
Returns are not accepted for design changes or for orders that do not meet the manufacturer's needs once the shipment is confirmed. Any claim for visible defects must be made within 5 business days after receiving the order.
Under no circumstances shall Tohoboncuk be liable for indirect damages, loss of production, lost profits, or opportunity costs arising from the use of the purchased materials. The maximum liability is limited to the value of the corresponding order.
Products are not designed for applications requiring specific certifications not stated in the technical data sheets. It is the buyer's obligation to consult in advance if their production process requires additional standards.
The user agrees not to use the website for illegal, defamatory activities, or those that violate the rights of third parties. Automated data extraction (scraping) without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Tohoboncuk may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect 7 days after publication. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of the new conditions.
Tohoboncuk reserves the right to suspend or cancel customer accounts that violate these terms, without refund for orders in process. In case of cancellation, the customer may withdraw already paid orders within the following 30 days.
